In 1997, Quay set out on a mission to challenge racist and prejudiced views in his small community of Strasburg, PA. Over a decade later, he is one of most sought after speakers in America to address the topic of racism. In addition to his school assembly programs, he is also widely recognized for his consulting work in schools that have suffered through serious racial incidents.
